UNILORIN graduates get deadline to collect unclaimed certificates

The University of Ilorin has urged its graduates who are yet to collect their certificates to do so on or before Friday, January 17, 2025.

In a memo addressed to all graduates of the University last Wednesday (December 18, 2024), the Registrar, Mr Mansur Alfanla, said that a fine of ₦3,000.00 per week will be imposed on unclaimed certificates after the deadline.

To facilitate a seamless collection process, graduates are advised to bring necessary documents, including evidence of payment for convocation, the original copy of the Statement of Result, and the Student Identification Card.

The Registrar emphasised the importance of collecting the certificates, which are a vital part of the graduates’ academic achievements.
