Important Announcement: Changes to Courier Services for Document Dispatch

The University has recently become aware of concerns regarding the mishandling and tampering of documents by some courier service agents, leading to packages arriving damaged or incomplete. In addition, certain parcels have been lost or unaccounted for during transit.

To address these issues and improve the security and reliability of document deliveries, all courier services will now be managed through Unilorin Holdings Limited. This company will assume full responsibility for all documents sent via courier.

Effective Saturday, March 15th 2025, all applicants requiring courier services must direct their requests to Unilorin Holdings Limited (UHL).

This change is aimed at ensuring the safe and efficient handling of all official documents.

The University appreciates your cooperation and understanding as we strive to provide better services.

Please note: Applications submitted through third-party courier services will no longer be processed by the University. Any loss or damage will be at the applicant’s own risk, and the University will NOT be held liable.
