He is a graduate of the College of Medicine University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria.
He is a Professor of Otorhinolarygology (Ear, Nose and Throat / Head and Neck Surgery), University of Ilorin, Nigeria and Honourary Consultant Otorhinolaryngologist to University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, Ilorin, Nigeria.

Former Chairman, Faculty of Otorhinolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery, and Member Governing Board of National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria

Member Governing Council University of Ilorin, Nigeria.

He is married to Funmi OLOGE a Reader who teaches Pharmacology in the College of Health Sciences, University of Ilorin, Nigeria. They are blessed with three wonderful Children; Dara, Seun and Bukunmi.
